Are there any good online reality shopping games like working in a virtual clothes shop or restaurant?

Or like a doctors surgery or operating theatre or just anything like that.
You could try the Sims, Theme Hospital, Theme Park, Zoo Tycoon or something else normally preceded by either "Theme" or "Sim".
